Andrew Aziz
Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Andrew Aziz has been in the recruiting industry for nearly a decade. After studying marketing during undergrad Andrew leapt into the marketing world starting his early career in an advertisement and marketing agency in Scottsdale, Arizona. After a couple years, he decided to expand on his education and go for an MBA. While studying for his MBA Andrew had the opportunity to learn talent acquisition from a global talent acquisition leader in a fortune 500 company. From this point a small spark turned into a raging wildfire and Andrew’s passion for talent acquisition continued to grow. By putting the two together (marketing and recruiting) he was able to develop what he now coined as The Breeze Performance Model. A model in which marketing meets talent acquisition and redefines how we do recruiting.

Our concept was born in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic. With businesses putting hiring on hold and resorting to layoffs, we identified the need to make a change to the way we look at internal recruiting.
