Candidate Sourcing and Placement Service

Candidate sourcing is the art of finding qualified candidates for a specific job/opening. This is done by both passive and active searches established by TBPM team.

We charge a starting fee of $500.00 to initiate the search and begin to source. We then conduct a thorough vetting process which is part of our Performance Model. 

Once an individual we have sourced and vetted is hired there is a 20% placement fee of the candidates total yearly compensation. The initial $500.00 is taken out of the total placement fee at the end of the transaction.

Full Cycle Recruiting

We provide full cycle recruiting services. The full cycle recruiting process includes the beginning of the recruiting stages to the end once the candidate is onboarded. This may vary from company to company and depending on state. The full cycle recruiting will be initiated by a full consultation to understand the requirements and assess the companies needs. From there the cost associated will be an hourly rate of $50.00.

Hiring Document(s) Review

We will review all your hiring documents and provide edits and recommendations to fill any gaps at the hourly rate listed. All EEOC, State and Federal level requirements, GDPR and ETC regulations are screened for and made sure they are up to regulation.

Resume Help (Review + Revision Recommendations

Submit your resume for a detailed review plus revision recommendations. Once submitted allow for three business days for review and recommendations. Once purchased please follow the forms and enter your information for a team member to reach out directly.
