Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Andrew Aziz has been in the recruiting industry for nearly a decade. After studying marketing during his undergraduate years, Andrew launched his career at a leading advertising and marketing agency in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he mastered the art of storytelling, branding, and strategic communication.
Eager to expand his expertise, Andrew pursued an MBA, where he was introduced to talent acquisition under the guidance of a global recruitment leader at a Fortune 500 company. What began as a passing curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities.
To further refine his craft, Andrew completed advanced studies at Cornell University focusing on Recruiting and Talent Acquisition. There he deepened his understanding of evidence-based hiring, workforce analytics, and candidate experience, insights that would later shape his approach to modern recruiting.
Blending his marketing background with his recruiting expertise, Andrew developed The Breeze Performance Model, a framework where marketing meets talent acquisition to redefine how organizations attract, engage, and hire top talent.
Recognizing the frustrations many candidates shared during his daily conversations such as disorganized job searches, missed follow-ups, and unclear next steps, Andrew launched BreezeJobFinder.com, a platform built to empower job seekers with the same tools and insights top recruiters use. BreezeJobFinder helps candidates manage applications, optimize resumes with AI, and connect directly with recruiters for personalized guidance.
Through Breeze Unlimited and BreezeJobFinder, Andrew continues to bridge the gap between great companies and great talent with a mission to make the hiring process more human, transparent, and effective for everyone involved.

Our concept was born in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic. With businesses putting hiring on hold and resorting to layoffs, we identified the need to make a change to the way we look at internal recruiting.
